Bleisure Berlin: Discounts and extras for Business and Leisure in Berlin

Because we are a small family hotel, we are able to get to know our guests better. Getting to know their needs and customize, not only the apartment, but the stay.

Here there is a list of things we offer to make your life (and work) easier:

  • Special price: A 5% discount with a Flexible tariff, so you get the best apartment for less money.
  • Free Wifi: For us it is obvious, anyone needs Wifi nowadays, so we include it for free, with no registration.
  • Free printing or scanning: Do you need to print or scan anything? Come to the office or just send us an email. We will leave it in your apartment if needed.
  • Free Cancellation: Any last minute change? No problem, we understand. We try to be flexible and we will rebate some of the cancellation fee from your next booking.
  • Big table: Every loft has a big table to work, to eat and it is even great for meetings.
  • Big sofa: If you don’t like working at table, why not stretch out on the sofa. 
  • All in one bill: No administrative tasks for you, we will include everything on one bill, that we can send you via email if you like.
  • Strategic place: We are well connected to Hauptbahnhof (10 minutes walking), Tegel (20 minutes by car/bus),  Messe Nord/ICC (20-25 minutes). The area is quiet and safe, but all the great nightlife is just a few minute’s walk away.
  • Perfect for long stays: You have an apartment instead of a hotel room, where you find anything you might need, even a laundry room.

And here there is a list of things we offer to make your free time more pleasant:

  • Discounts at the gym: Instead of paying 19 euro per day, as our guest, you can go to Fitness and Friends in Mitte for only 10 euro.
  • Welcome Food Package: In every apartment we include the basic products: cleaning products, coffee, tee, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and vinegar (all organic). We have a discount for our guest for a Buffet-breakfast next to Miniloft but also, if you want to eat more healthy and more comfortable in your loft, we can prepare our Food Special Package. You will find the "Welcome Food Pack" in your apartment on your arrival. It costs 25 euro and includes: One loaf of German bread, one liter of milk, cheese, six eggs, 500 grams natural yogurt and a bowl of fruit. All products are organic, and where possible, regionally sourced.
  • Entertainment: If you prefer to relax in your apartment instead of heading out, We have 3 different packages of entertainment for you:
  1. Indoor fitness: We will prepare a "gym" in your apartment. This includes: yoga mat, pilates ball, weights and a weight hula hoop. You can hire it all for 10 euro, no matter how long your stay.
  2. Home cinema: Hire a DVD player, along with a choice of Berlin-themed DVDs, PLUS a voucher for a free DVD from Film Galerie - Berlin’s best video hire shop. All for 10 euro.
  3. Relaxing time: After a hard day of work, maybe you need some relaxation. Some really nice wine and bubbles for your bath? We get them for you! 20 euro
